14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with a Pro subscription for any reason, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

After 14 Days
After the 14-day period, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. We will always act reasonably and in good faith.
Circumstances we will consider include:
- A significant defect that prevents the extension from functioning as described and that we are unable to resolve within a reasonable time.
- A duplicate or accidental purchase.
Renewals
You will receive a reminder email before your subscription renews. If you did not intend to renew and contact us within 7 days of the renewal charge, we will cancel your subscription and issue a full refund for that renewal.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account page or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future charges. No partial refunds are issued for unused time remaining in a billing period, unless you are within the 14-day guarantee window or a renewal refund window.
Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or Fair Trading Act 1986. If the Consumer Guarantees Act applies to your purchase, you have rights in addition to those described here.
